Grey Lore and spell levels for fear effects

I gave the Faerie Spellsword varaint class in my campaign the Grey Lore ("Connection to the Fey Realm") power. The player using this class wants to start picking up some fear spells, but it looks like there aren't any that have effects that are tied the class level of the caster. Are there currently any spells that benefit from the Grey Lore rule that "the spell effects are calculated as if he were two class levels higher than his actual level of experience"?

Increasing effective caster level makes the spells harder to dispel. That's the main benefit of that provision. It also inflicts -2 penalty.

Keep in mind that the main ability gained from Grey Lore is the ability against undead. The benefit to fear spells is secondary.
