Hangar Deck on Level 0
It's not clear to me from the text, but can the PCs take this spaceship and fly it around or out to another world? I can see 2 barriers - setting up the controls properly in the navigation & control rooms (though the descriptions given are pretty simple) and the chance of being infected with disease from all the spores.

In regards to the first barrrier I'd allow any character with the seafaring proficiency be able to direct the ship as the ship design seems to be loosely based on a sailing ship. As for the second barrier I think that's a absolutely up to the GM. Personally, after my players clear out the critters on the Hanger level (my player's had just partially explored the level before we took a break, and then COVID struck) I won't throw any more issues with the spores at them
