Wages for Non-Standard Troops

Is there a way to calculate the effective wage of troops that don’t appear on the mercenaries charts (for example, skeletons, golems, robots, etc.) for purposes of forming a garrison, occupying a domain, or calculating spoils of war?

I was wondering the same thing. I hope we get an official answer.

Oh, good. For a while there I was thinking that I was the only one. I went through the ACKS rules and Domains at War about a dozen times assuming I must have missed something obvious.

For purposes of actual wages, you would use the Henchmen Monthly Fee table on page 51. Treat the creature as a henchman of its HD.

For purposes of occupying a domain, calculating spoils of war, or forming a garrison, use the creature's XP value based on its HD and special abilities.

Cool. Thanks Alex.

Sorry to resurrect the thread, but there is a section for calculating the BR of exotic units in D@W: Campaigns, but nothing about calculating their wages, which are necessary for calculating and dividing spoils of war, among other things, even if they don’t actually receive a wage. If the ruling in this thread still stands, it would probably be a good idea to include it in the exotic units section.

Good point. I'll make a note.
