Any Autarchs care to elaborate on how the Master of the Watchful Legion and a character from a  Warhammer 40,000 fanfic piece share (most of) their names?

(nice piece of fanfic, BTW. Not that I'm much of a WH40K reader, fanfic or otherwise. But the juxtaposition of Indo-European and Semitic elements got me Googling)

Artashumara was created and named by Cain Gillespie, our very first God-Emperor backer of ACKS. I presume either he is the fan-fic writer in question, or he and that fan-fic writer shared the same inspiration.
