Elven Error Fixed

In going through my design notes for the construction of Player’s Companion, I realized I had inadvertently forgotten to include the elven character class’s 125xp discount on points spent in the Arcane Value.
This only affects 1 class, Elven Enchanter. It’s now been fixed in the latest draft and the rule made explicit.
For those interested in the math of why this exists, it’s essentially reverse-engineered from the legacy value of the Elven Spellsword XP table:
Elven Spellsword: HD 1 (500), Fighting 2 (1000), Arcane 1 (625-125), Elf 3 (2000) = 4,000
The other elven classes are built as follows:
Elven Nightblade: HD 1 (500), Fighting 1 (500), Thief 2 (400), Elf 2 (1,375) = 2,775
Elven Ranger: HD 1 (500), Fighting 2 w/ 3 tradeoffs (1450), Thief 1 (200), Elf 0 (125) = 2,275
Elven Enchanter: HD 0, Fighting 0, Thief 1 (200), Arcane 1 (625-125), Elf 3 (2,000) = 2,700
