Rounding damage; Warlock hexes; Black Lore of Zahar

When a character takes half damage, such as when saving against a fireball spell, do you round up or round down? Thanks!

Edit: How long does a Warlock's hex last?

Edit 2: For Black Lore of Zahar, when you control undead as a Cleric half your level, do you round up or down? Same question for Grey Lore.

I'm no autarch, but I round down. Otherwise, for spells such as Burning Hands that only deal 1 die of damage at low levels, rounding up could occasionally result in "half damage" actually being the same as full damage.

Still not an autarch, but the text of the warlock's hex ability is identical to that of the Bestow Curse spell (which is the reverse of the Remove Curse spell). That curse lasts forever-or-until-lifted-by-Remove-Curse, so I assume that a warlock hex is similarly long-lived.

Still not an autarch, but I round down - or rather, I don't round, but I assume that a cleric half-way between level 2 and 3 controls undead as a level 2 cleric, since it seems weird to get the abilities of a level you haven't reached yet.

Thanks for the answers. Especially the one about curses.

INDEFINITE - IT LASTS UNTIL ITS REMOVED

Thanks!
